In a year filled with fantastic developments, we are thrilled to share that Common Earth has experienced remarkable growth! With the introduction of new courses and high school workshops, alongside the addition of passionate new facilitators and team members, we are more prepared than ever to inspire and educate our community.

Our original courses have expanded and shifted, so we can attract even more people. We’ve added a Leadership course for alumni to further fine-tune their awareness and engagement.
We’re excited to share that the Common Earth Insights course is now offered as a continuous module—bringing together what was previously two separate modules into one seamless experience. This new format helps participants plan more easily and engage with the full depth of the course content from start to finish.
We’ve also introduced the Reframing Climate Change course, a condensed version of Insights designed for those with tighter schedules. With fewer sessions and a lighter weekly time commitment, it offers a flexible way to join the conversation and deepen understanding.
And most recently, our Leadership course is working with leaders to champion the emergence of the post-carbon caring society—both within their communities and as part of our growing facilitator team.
Our Outreach program has expanded into high schools. We are engaging with secondary schools to offer wider boundary perspectives on our global systems through conversations with students and teachers.

Our workshops are introducing new concepts to students and teachers around our Common Earth context.
The Common Earth After-School Club is now wrapping up its third successful year at St. Michael’s College School in Toronto, Canada. Throughout the year, students have come together to explore many of the core themes featured in Common Earth’s educational programs, engaging in meaningful discussions and collaborative learning experiences that extend beyond the classroom.
We are continuing to work on our community exposure by participating in post-secondary workshops, appearing on podcasts and facilitating talks with various organizations.
We are connecting with a network of partners who are supporting the emergence of the post-carbon caring society – associations, universities in Canada, public and private secondary schools and the System Dynamics Society.
Charity Status

Common Earth has officially gained registered charity status! This milestone allows us to widen our reach and improve our mission in making climate-conscious education accessible to everyone. We can issue tax receipts for Canadians and pursue new revenue sources. If you are interested, you can donate here.
A new concept we’re excited about is our Kiths — dynamic communities where like-minded individuals can connect and collaborate on climate-conscious initiatives. These spaces will serve as hubs for sharing ideas, initiatives, and support among those who care deeply about our planet.
Additionally, we’re connecting with our alumni by offering monthly conversations that dive deeper into the content you’ve come to love. This ongoing engagement is designed to keep the conversation going and strengthen the bonds within our community. Please take this short survey to let us know what you’d like to learn more about.
We can’t wait to see what the future holds as we continue to grow and make a difference together.
